SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

This seminar is open to all ladies - teens through adults - and no martial arts experience is necessary!  The fee for attending the Women's Self-defense Seminar is $5.  You may pay online or by cash/check in person. If cost is prohibitive, contact us for information on scholarships.
